" A customer bought some furniture from a reasonably good shop for the grand price of £6,000 pounds, a three piece suite. When it was delivered to the home of the customer they found out that the settee was too big!

The customer then phoned every Tom, Dick and Harry to try and sort out the problem as the shop refused to take it back. Eventually after a lot of grief and effort the customer was recommended to us.

I recommended the 2 seater settee be cut down and made into one single chair, I then quoted a price to do the job at around £500 pounds at which he thought would be too expensive. And so he continued to look around to get a better price.

2 weeks later the customer phoned back and told us to go ahead with the job! This obviously being a substantial job to undertake and quite a lot of work required.

The job finished and the final result is a brand new chair which has been beautifully crafted down and reformed into what it is. I can assure you that it takes great skill to do this type of work, but don't take my work for it judge for yourself! "
