Yes, but only if we can obtain the fabric, if we cant obtain the matching fabric we will not be able to repair the piece of furniture, unless we use a different colour or pattern of fabric material. Q. Do we repair springs? A. Yes Q. Do you buy old furniture? A. No Q. If I should request a visit from a Home Consultant, am I obliged to order? A. No. The home consultant offers a free advisory service and will not put you under pressure to buy. He will show you large samples of all the fabrics available and provide a free no-obligation quotation for any fabric that you choose. Q. When will the home consultant visit? A. The consultant will telephone first to arrange a visit at your convenience. Q. What are the different styles of furniture do you cover? A. Almost any style of furniture can be covered. When you place your order, the Home Consultant will carefully photograph and measure every detail of your furniture. Then the professionals at the factory showroom will produce the cover to fit your furniture. Q. How do I request a free home consultancy appointment? A. You can do this now. We will bring the designs and fabrics to your home for you to see. This service is currently only available in the north east of England in the county Tyne and Wear. Q. Is there a Guarantee? A. At Castle Upholstery we guarantee your complete satisfaction. Finally last but not least a small piece of useful advice! Be aware that you must look after your furniture, for example a car and a couch have something in common, say you spend 4 times in your car a day and 3 times in your couch, but you look after you car and take it for servicing, this should also be applied to your couch!
